With this plan, you get a completely personalized training and nutrition advice that suits your needs, no matter what they are. Whether your goal is weight loss, ab transformation, lower body transformation, can train 2 times a week or 5 times a week. I work around your schedule to meet your own personal goals with weekly Skype/FaceTime check ins to adapt your plan as needed as well as access to me 24/7 with any questions or motivation you may need.

With this plan, you and 2 friends get a completely personalized training program that suits your needs, no matter what they are. Whether your goal is weight loss, ab transformation, lower body transformation, can train 2 times a week or 5 times a week. I can make it with no equipment at home or a full on gym program and everything in between.
Even though you sign up as a group, your workouts may be similar but will be customised to suit your own lifestyle.
Signing up with friends is a great way to keep yourselves accountable and have your own network to discuss your workouts with.
You will have access to daily texts and Skype/Facetime as needed.

*It is also important to note that anyone in the beginner stages of fitness need special attention to certain aspects to prevent and avoid injuries which is why I recommend working one on one with a trainer first before starting any pre made programs besides the 4 week beginner program. Also note that if you are a beginner, your first 4 weeks are about strengthening the ligaments, joints and surrounding tissues, again, to avoid injury from extensive workouts. Therefore, you will notice the biggest changes after the first 4 weeks*

4 Week Programs

All pre made 4 Week Programs are suitable and safe for total beginners with no previous experience required but also for those with experience that want a quick transformation in specific areas. If you purchase and complete 2 programs of ay length, you get a free 4 week program!

All pre made 8 Week Programs are suitable for *some* beginners and all intermediate or advanced athletes, which include ab shred, full body transformations through calisthenics or weightlifting and upper and lower body transformations.

All pre made 12 week programs are recommended for intermediate and advanced athletes as they are more intense and focus less on what beginners bodies need to start out in fitness.
